What clients are saying…

“I learned more about myself in the last 6 weeks than I have learned about myself in the last 20 years.  Jessica helped me see how capable I am of working hard and challenging myself, as well as searching deep within my soul.”

Where do I even start?  When I met Jessica, I was in a very rough year.  I had been diagnosed with 2 different neurological disorders, been on a medical leave for part of the year, was incredibly burned out (overall) and had just found out my position at work had been eliminated after 13 years. I was utterly lost. Our first conversation was over 2 hours long because there was so much happening in my mind/life.  She listened.  She asked questions.  She listened more.  And then she put me to work…in the best way possible.   She was the breath of fresh air I needed to gain confidence in myself, to restore my life, and mend my soul.  She encouraged me to search inside myself for things I didn’t even know were there. She guided me down roads I would not have traveled alone.

It took me a few weeks of working with her to even label how I actually felt. We had so many conversations regarding what I wanted, what I needed, and how to start navigating these new waters.  I was so confused it blew even my own mind.  It finally clicked after much hard work that I was “unsettled.” And this feeling was rooted deep in my body.  This was what she did. She helped me discover this through the work we did.  She asked the questions that led me to find my own answers.

I loved that Jessica was always so attentive in listening.  She asked questions to dive deeper, and seek clarification.  She challenged me when she felt I was holding back. I loved that she made it so easy to have a conversation, so pleasant, and so inviting.

I can’t tell you what my biggest insight was from working with Jessica because there are too many.  I learned more about myself in the last 6 weeks than I have learned about myself in the last 20 years.  Jessica helped me see how capable I am of working hard and challenging myself, as well as searching deep within my soul.

There isn’t a word large enough to describe how much her work helped me see the best in myself.  The work she provided enlightened me to how strong I am, and reaffirmed my self-worth.  She remained positive when I wasn’t.  She pushed me to see past surface frustrations to reach the inner truths.  She set goals that pushed me to find my best.

For all of this, I am utterly thankful.

“Jess has helped me talk through my self-doubts, my daily struggles, and my dreams. I've been able to create focus in areas where I was feeling overwhelmed previously. I'd highly recommend her as a nurse life coach!”

Working with Jess, my nurse life coach, has given me the structure I was missing and helped me gain the confidence I needed to grow my business. We built out a marketing plan that actually makes sense for where I am right now, as a newer real estate agent. She helped me solidify my social media content plan and I even found a content subscription service that takes some of the pressure off creation.

The practical systems have made a real difference too. I picked a bookkeeping platform, organized my week with focus days, and set up transaction management spreadsheets. She helped me talk through my business goals and create systems to achieve them. What surprised me most is how my confidence has grown. I met someone at a coffee shop and was able to talk through everything naturally. A contact from my mom group turned into a real opportunity that closed as a buyer transaction. I have had multiple client consultations and created guides for my clients that act as lead generation while providing valuable information. I'm also making time for short workouts. She cheered on my approach of "something is better than nothing."

Jess has helped me talk through my self-doubts, my daily struggles, and my dreams. I've been able to create focus in areas where I was feeling overwhelmed previously. I'd highly recommend her as a nurse life coach!

"You're not even in your rookie season yet, you’re still at training camp, and just doing a heck of a job. It's been immensely productive for me and I'm really, really grateful." — PK

“What felt like a personal conversation was gently guided towards better self-understanding, and I was so moved by a new personal epiphany, I was moved to tears…That revelation/realization has not left me, and I reflect on it often even months later.”

When Jessica approached me about the possibility of working together as she honed her nurse coaching skills, I was both intrigued and more than a little skeptical.  Sure, I had some life stuff to work on (who doesn’t?), but honestly, how much ground would we be able to cover in a few weeks.  I could not have foreseen how meaningful the next few weeks would be.  I’ll spoil the ending:  I type this testimonial with profound gratitude for the effectiveness of the nurse-coach framework as a tool for self-understanding and the wisdom with which Jessica wields it.

When we sat down for our first meeting, I was instantly at ease, even in our hospital conference room.  Jessica is simultaneously professional and relatable.  Even though I encountered her early in her nurse-coaching journey, she comports herself with ease, confidence, and empathy.  What felt like a personal conversation was gently guided towards better self-understanding, and I was so moved by a new personal epiphany, I was moved to tears.  (This is not a typical response for me, but it was very cathartic.)  Jessica was a steadfast comfort and guide as I began to grapple with feelings that were at the core of who I am and what I value.  That revelation/realization has not left me, and I reflect on it often even months later.

When I was able to name and understand my “why”, I was able to establish habits (at Jessica’s suggestion) that would support my most deep-set goals.  They were simple to start, but surprisingly not easy to accomplish, mostly because of the need to undo previous behaviors.  Nonetheless, knowing that I would have her acting as accountability gave me motivation to lay down those new bedrock behaviors.  In a short amount of time, I felt change.  Jessica enthusiastically celebrated the wins and encouraged through some missteps, all of which was (and is) greatly appreciated.

If you’re on the fence (as I was), or somewhat skeptical (as I was), that is A-OK.  Jessica can work with that.   While my first session was remarkably revealing, the real progress started to happen with the follow-up sessions.  I would highly recommend committing to at least a month of sessions, and my guess is you’ll experience growth and you’ll want to continue.  I also highly recommend Jessica Zabloski as a nurse-coach because of her skill, wisdom, and kind empathy.

“I gained better insight into myself and created solutions that I think feel very practical and have been so far lasting. I left each session with more confidence and direction, and I feel grateful for the tools and perspective I gained.”

I had a wonderful experience working with Jessica as a life coach. From the beginning, she created a safe and welcoming space where I felt comfortable sharing my challenges and goals. She was very personable and truly cared about helping me work through the issues I brought to our sessions.

What stood out most was her ability to listen deeply and ask thoughtful questions that guided me to find my own answers. Instead of simply giving advice, Jessica helped me develop my own plan, which gave me greater clarity and ownership over the changes I wanted to make. That approach made the coaching process more impactful and meaningful.

After working with her, I gained better insight into myself and created solutions that I think feel very practical and have been so far lasting. I left each session with more confidence and direction, and I feel grateful for the tools and perspective I gained. I would absolutely recommend Jessica as a life coach to anyone looking for support, growth, and sustainable change.

"I will be honest to goodness, forever grateful for our meeting when you offer this to me. And that I said yes. I didn’t know what to expect, but I came in with an open mind.” -PK

“What stood out the most was how much she celebrated my wins—big or small. Each milestone felt like a true achievement because she made sure I paused to recognize my progress. That celebration created momentum, and it taught me to acknowledge my own growth instead of only focusing on what still needed improvement. ”

Having a life coach who truly cares about your growth makes all the difference, and that’s exactly what I experienced with Jessica.  Jessica held me accountable in ways that were both supportive and empowering. Instead of letting me slip she reminded me of the bigger picture and kept me on track with my goals. Her consistent encouragement gave me the push I needed to stay focused even on the hardest days.

What stood out the most was how much she celebrated my wins—big or small. Each milestone felt like a true achievement because she made sure I paused to recognize my progress. That celebration created momentum, and it taught me to acknowledge my own growth instead of only focusing on what still needed improvement. It turned discipline into something exciting and motivating, which helped me build lasting confidence in myself.

Beyond accountability and encouragement, Jessica was a steady guide when I faced tough decisions. She didn’t give me the answers outright but helped me work through options, ask the right questions, and find clarity within myself. That process strengthened my ability to trust my own judgment. Having someone who could walk beside me, offering both wisdom and compassion, has been a positive experience.

My life coach guidance gave me the tools to trust myself more deeply and make choices aligned with my values. I am incredibly grateful for her support, wisdom, and encouragement.

“…transformation doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens through authentic connection and partnership.”

“Her unwavering belief in me allowed me to see possibilities I hadn’t imagined before.”

What I loved most about working with Jessica was her warmth, authenticity, and  the deep, genuine connection we built from the very beginning. She created a safe, judgement-free space where I could show up fully as myself. Jessica’s  compassionate presence, thoughtful listening, and intuitive questions encouraged me to stretch beyond my comfort zone and grow both personally and professionally. She even inspired met to go on the retreat of a lifetim, an experience that forever changed me!

My biggest win was rediscovering my true voice and confidence as both a nurse and a coach. Jessica helped me embrace my strengths, lean into my purpose,  and trust the process of my own growth. She held me accountable while celebrating every milestone, making the journey not only transformative but truly  joyful.

The greatest insight I gained was that transformation doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens through authentic connection and partnership. Jessica reminded me that leaning into collaboration and being vulnerable with others creates space for deeper healing, growth, and authentic coaching. Her unwavering belief in me allowed me to see possibilities I hadn’t imagined before.

Nurse Life Coaching blends evidence-based knowledge with compassion,  presence, and empowerment; and Jessica embodies all of that and more. Working with her has been life-changing. She not only helped me uncover new insights and possibilities but also became a lifelong friend and professional partner. Our connection extends far beyond coaching, it’s a relationship built on trust, mutual respect, laughter, and shared purpose. I will forever be grateful for the journey we took together and the lifelong bond we created along the way.

"Those who are lucky enough to come across your work will, undoubtedly, if they commit to the [coaching agreements], then they will benefit from your work. This is important stuff. And I found it immensely beneficial.” -PK

“I feel like Jessica didn’t make me accountable, she helped me BE accountable. She literally lets you choose what fits for you (age- life style -schedule). No pushing, just challenging you.”

I love the support I have got in all areas. How she always encouraged me to go one step further, but if I wasn’t willing, she always had another thing I could work on. She was always excited for me when I hit goals and sent pictures of my meal prepping every week.

My biggest win when working with Jessica was some weight loss. Toning of body. Eating healthy and meal prepping gave me more energy (I didn’t need energy drinks to stay awake and get energy). Journaling instead of Facebook time before going to sleep. I feel it made it better for me to sleep.

My biggest insight that happened as a result of our coaching sessions was that I can do all things to make myself feel better if I just concentrate on it and put my whole focus everyday into it, even though I’m not on something strict. I get to choose when to have a cupcake or a couple chips as long as I know when to stop.

I feel like Jessica didn’t make me accountable, she helped me BE accountable. She literally lets you choose what fits for you (age- life style -schedule). No pushing, just challenging you.

“Nurse coaching can be transformative if you allow it. Coaching is a great modality for those who have a desire to change but aren't sure how or what steps they can take to make improvements in their lives. It's a series of small steps that make a lasting impact. ”

Jessica was the first nurse coach I worked with, and I am so thankful for her. She was able to ask great questions and not only point out ways I could grow in my current hospital, but also gave me some perspective on areas that needed to be addressed in my life away from work.  I have continued to work on balancing work priorities with improving my daily self-care focus and activities.

My biggest win with Jessica was understanding that I am not my job and that I, as a human being, deserve to set boundaries for myself just like the ones I help institute for others. I went from not being able to even name what self-care activities I engage in to setting better time boundaries and scheduling time for the things I can do to improve and take care of myself.

My biggest insight, which resulted from working with Jessica, is that coaching works! It works differently for everyone and can transform the way you see yourself and how you present yourself to others. I have gained confidence in the coaching space and hope that I can help others in the same way she has helped me.

Nurse coaching can be transformative if you allow it. Coaching is a great modality for those who have a desire to change but aren't sure how or what steps they can take to make improvements in their lives. It's a series of small steps that make a lasting impact.

"I think you are an excellent listener. You've been able to pivot with me on every conversation so well, and nothing about this has felt canned or cookie cutter…I feel very heard. And everything, all of your responses and suggestions, have been tailor made to me, and I appreciate that a great deal." -PK
